Mike Anderson is the Associate Vice President of Enterprise Applications, and the Director of the Enterprise Project. Mike leads people from the Office of the Chief Information Officer, and also business analysts, staff assigned from other units, and consultants from all corners of the organization to ensure the success of the massive transition to Workday. Mike’s work relies heavily on communication, coordination on a large scale, and resiliency in the face of change – planned and sometimes unplanned.

Dr. Ritter is Ohio State’s new Executive Dean and Vice Provost for the College of Arts and Sciences, having started in July 2019. Dr. Ritter is a leading expert in the history of women’s constitutional rights and contemporary issues of democracy and citizenship in America. Dr. Ritter joined Ohio State from Cornell University where she served as the dean of arts and sciences from 2013 to 2018, before returning to faculty. Dr. Ritter brings a breadth and depth of experience and a steady presence to leading the largest arts and sciences community in the country.

Dr. Jones is the Dean and Director of Ohio State’s Mansfield Campus. He has a Ph.D. in English Literature from UCLA, and a strong background in Diversity and Inclusion initiatives. At Ohio State since 2004, Dr. Jones is leading with grace and excitement as he embraces the many opportunities that leading a regional campus offers, including managing shared services with North Central State College. Prior to being selected as the Dean and Director in 2018, Dr. Jones was the Associate Dean for the Mansfield campus.
