Managing Employee Resistance

Resistance to change is a natural reaction when employees are asked to change. Change is uncomfortable and requires new ways of thinking and doing. Purpose

Managers need to develop and convey a strong sense of purpose that aligns their work with the goals of their unit or department and the university.
